ส่วนตัวคิดว่ากลุ่ม prop ปีหน้าจะไม่โดดเด่นอะไร ยอดขายก็ไม่น่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นมาก กลุ่มอื่นๆน่าสนใจกว่า โดยเฉพาะ lalin ที่ทำแต่บ้าน ไม่มีคอนโด ราคาน้ำมันที่ทรงตัวในระดับสูง น่าจะยังทำให้บ้านขายได้ แต่คงไม่ขายดี

เมื่อวาน นี้ 29/11/2006 lalin ราคาต่ำจริงๆ ซะด้วย ( ลงหนัก ..อยากสนนะ แต่ ยังไม่พร้อมที่จะสนใจอ่ะ )

เพราะมีคนแนะนำว่าให้ทำความรู้จักกับธุรกิจที่เราต้องการลงทุนให้ดีซะก่อนที่จะลงทุน

จะได้  กินได้ นอนหลับ แม้วันมามาก ( หมายถึงวันที่หุ้นแดง )

Lalin :
1.Has the highest gross margin in the property sector.
2.Very low D/E compare 2 its peer.
3.No exposure 2 the city condo which gets too much speculate(30% of the buyer r speculators.).
4.The market price is so close 2 the price on the coup day and only now is only 10% higher than its yr06's low .I can't find any reasons not 2 but it.
