Didi: โอกาสในวิกฤต?

มีความเห็นยังไงกับ didi บ้างครับ ผมว่าราคาตอนนี้ถูกเกินไป delisting ไม่ควรเป็นปัญหาเพราะเดี๋ยวก็คงไป list ใหม่ที่ฮ่องกง หรือไม่ก็ซื้อหุ้นคืน

ผมไม่แน่ใจว่าค่าธรรมเนียม convert หุ้นในลักษณะนี้จะเป็นอย่างไร แต่ของ BABA ที่ ibkr คิดค่า convert ADR เป็นหุ้นฮ่องกง $517 + $0.10 ต่อหุ้น

วันจันทร์หน้ามี IPO unlock + เป็นสัปดาห์สุดท้ายของปีด้วยคงมีการขายเพื่อคิด tax deduction สำหรับ capital loss ราคาคงลงอีก

เลวร้ายที่สุดคือ delist ไปแต่ไม่มีการซื้อหุ้นคืน + ไม่ listใหม่ที่ฮ่องกง แต่แบบนี้ผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่อย่าง softbank คงไม่ยอม

กรณีของ China Mobile ที่ delisted ไป มี BNY Mellon เป็น sponsor คิด fees ตามนี้

"If you surrender ADSs for the purpose of withdrawing the underlying Shares before the Depositary sells those Shares, you must pay the fee of the Depositary as provided in the Deposit Agreement of up to $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or portion thereof), a cable fee of $17.50 and any applicable taxes or governmental charges. Payment should be made to The Bank of New York Mellon."
