Now if you want to look for some good sources or contact of decent brokers here are the guys I recommended, I worked with all there firms since their first year so know quite well their management and senior team. One thing you need to know, you will get very little or almost no protection as an individual investors. Even large institutional with big names has problem here.

Thang Long securities
Kim eng securities

There are over 80 brokers in town but 99% r not that reliable...environment is like Thailand 20 years ago.
