There is a news that the company buys a 14-rai land opposite to Major Ratchayothin to develop the future project worth 4,500 Mil Baht. Details I don't knows much.

I think another stock that u must see is DSGT the diaper ..
my colleague visit there a while ago ... and found this company has a healthy top, mid and bottom-line numbers. Thailand still has "low diaper penetration"; expanding middle class, DSGT has no capex for next 2-3 three years; high ROE of over 20%.

Fair price is Bt6.25 or 9X PER. Just wait for more coverage ... good fundmental stock!

NTV ขึ้นนิ่มๆจาก 70 ไปเป็น 100กว่า

ram จาก 14 เป็น 450 หรือให้ผลตอบแทน 31 เท่า ถ้ารวมปันผลคงสูงกว่านี้มาก

bgh จาก 1.8 เป็น 35 หรือ 19 เท่า ไม่รวมปันผลเช่นกัน


รามราคาหุ้นผันผวนน้อยกว่ากรุงเทพมากครับ


ส่วน dsgt หากบริษัทแม่ยกเลิกการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมในอีกไม่กี่ปีข้างหน้า กำไรน่าจะหายไปเกินครึ่งนะครับ ลองดูๆครับ เคยอ่านผ่านๆ
