สังคมออนไลน์แบบthaivi ในต่างประเทศก็น่าจะมีเหมือนกันนะครับ(เคยเห็นอ้างอิงอยู่ในหนังสือนักลงทุนดันโดหรือเล่มอื่นไม่แน่ใจ) ส่วนรายงาน10kกับงบการเงินของบริษัทในต่างประเทศพอจะหาได้จาก Yahoo Finance ครับ

Never see one in Japan close to what the sociaty we have in thaivi.
So far the closest is http://stocks.finance.yahoo.co.jp/ where there is web board for each stock. But they are
- in Japanese
- no value investor
- long time holder is called "A-ho-ru-daa" means idiot.

Warren Buffet must be a very intelligent "A-ho-ru-daa" I guess if that makes the logic fit nicely. LOL

Ever read somewhere that Warren said, he won't invest in Japanese stock market, due to low ROE .
And if one stay on the market that drop from 40000 to 8900, the perception would be much differnt against buy-and-hold idea. Differnt circumstance result differnt perception.
