มาเลย์ช่วยน้ำท่วมไทย 1 ล้านดอลลาร์

นายมูห์ยิดดิน ยาสซิน รองนายกรัฐมนตรีมาเลเซีย กล่าวเมื่อวันเสาร์ (22 ต.ค.)ว่า แสดงความเสียใจต่อสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมครั้งใหญ่ในไทย โดยในเบื้องต้นรัฐบาลมาเลเซียตัดสินใจให้ความช่วยเหลือมูลค่า 1 ล้านดอลลาร์ให้กับไทย แม้จะยังไม่มีการร้องขอมา

ทั้งนี้ เหตุน้ำท่วมใหญ่ในไทย ที่เริ่มต้นมาตั้งแต่กลางเดือน ก.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ทำให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตแล้ว 356 ราย และส่งผลกระทบต่อประชาชนราว 9.1 ล้านคน

ก่อนหน้านี้ คณะกรรมาธิการ สหภาพยุโรป (อียู) ให้คำมั่นถึงการให้ความช่วยเหลือมูลค่าราว 13.8 ล้านดอลลาร์ แก่ประเทศที่ประสบภัยน้ำท่วมในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ รวมถึง ไทย กัมพูชา เวียดนาม ลาว และฟิลิปปินส์

อีก 4 ปี การเกิดขึ้นของ AEC
คงเกิดการเปลี่ยนการเปลี่ยนแปลงหลายอย่างมาก
ผมสนใจเรื่องนี้เป็นพิเศษครับ
ว่ามันทำให้พลิกกลับอย่างไรได้บ้าง
อย่างหนึงก่อนไปลงทุนในประเทศเขา
เรียนเรื่อง วัฒนธรรมของคนในอาเซียนด้วยกันก่อน
เดี๋ยวจะมีปัญหาเหมือนยูโรป
คนเยอรมันชอบตื่นเข้า เขาขยัน
คนเสปน คนอิตาลีตื่นสาย ขยันน้อยกว่า

Satu lagi 4 tahun kemunculan AEC.
Ia adalah perubahan yang amat banyak.
Saya melakukan ini adalah ia.
Bagaimana saya boleh membuat ia berbalik.
Sebelum melabur di sebuah negara yang suatu ketika dahulu.
Belajar tentang budaya rakyat di rantau ini bersama-sama sebelum ini.
Ia adalah masalah Eropah.
Jerman seperti untuk bangun untuk usaha beliau.
Orang beratur terhadap barisan Itali sekurang-kurangnya.

ดันเอาไปผูกรวมติดกัน
ปัญหามันก็เกิดซิครับ
ทนกันมาอยู่ได้

สำหรับ AEC
ชื่อเต็มๆ อะไรนะครับ
อ้อ...ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (ASEAN Economic Community: AEC)

ผมว่ามีปัญหาเหมือนกัน
ปัญหาอยู่ที่คนไทยนี่ละครับ

"ไม่เคยเป็นเมื่องขึ้นฝรั่ง"
ใครเห้นนี่ละข้อดี
มันก็มีข้อเสียในข้อดีเหมือนกัน
มันทำให้เรามองแต่ตัวเองมากเกินไป
และสนใจข้างบ้านน้อยมาก
ท่านทราบไหมครับ
ว่า สวัสดี ภาษาเขมร พม่า เวียดนาม มาเลย์ เขาว่าอย่างไร

เรารู้จักข้างบ้านน้อยกว่าที่ข้างบ้านรู็จักเรา
รีบๆ เรียนรู็วัฒนธรรมข้างบ้านกันให้เยอะกว่านี้
เข้าใจเขาก่อน ก่อนที่จะมาอยู๋ด้วยกันครับ

Masalahnya ialah bahawa di dalamnya.
Saya berada di atas.

Untuk AEC.
Apakah nama itu.
Oh ... Komuniti Ekonomi ASEAN (ASEAN Economic Community: AEC).

Saya mempunyai masalah yang sama.
Masalahnya ialah bahawa rakyat Thailand di sini sekalipun.

"Tidak, ia adalah di sini."
Kelebihan ini tidak mencukupi.
Ini bukan rugi.
Jiran terdekat kita adalah kurang daripada Roe mengenali kami.
Kajian ini pintu sebelah budaya Roe itu daripada ini.
Memahami mereka yang pertama. Sebelum ๋ Io dengannya.

ไปมาเลเซีย มีข้อห้ามเอาอะไรไปบ้าง?

อะไรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหมูคงเป็นข้อห้ามที่สำคัญที่สุด

Do's & Dont's
Guidelines you should adhere to when in Malaysia.

DO"S

1. Do smile when you greet people. It is normal to see people in the tourist industry to greet visitors by placing their right hand over the left breast. It means I greet you from my heart.
2. Do dress neatly when entering places of worship. It is advisable for ladies, when entering places of worship to wear long sleeves and loose pants or long skirts.
3. Do remove your shoes when entering homes and places of worship.
4. Do point with the thumb of your right hand, fingers folded and not with the forefinger.
5. Do wait until you're in Malaysia to convert most of your currency. A special permit is needed to bring large amounts of ringgit (Malaysia's currency) into or out of the country. There are no restrictions for foreign money.
6. Do help preserve reefs and beaches by leaving coral and shells where you find them.
7. Do pay careful attention to your attire if you're female: Wearing hot pants and vests on the islands where Malaysians are used to foreigners is fine, but it may invite harassment elsewhere. At mainland beaches, bring a wrap-around as well as a swimsuit so you won't feel conspicuous; Malay women usually go swimming fully dressed and some keep their scarves on. While you wouldn't be expected to do the same, it's best not to draw attention.

DON"T

1. Don't touch the head of an adult.
2. Don't kiss anyone in public - not romantically anyway. It has become fashionable in Kuala Lumpur (but not in other parts of the country) to kiss friends hello and goodbye as is done in Europe.
3. Don't point the bottom of your feet at anyone.
4. Don't offer to shake hands unless you know that your acquaintances are fairly Westernized. Even then, let them offer to shake first. Never shake hands with women unless they offer to do so first.
5. Don't bring up the topic of ethnic relations in Malaysia or the political system: They are both sensitive subjects.
6. Don't even think about buying or transporting illegal drugs - there's a mandatory death penalty for trafficking (possession of 200 grams of marijuana is considered to be trafficking).
